Job Title: Dietary Aide

Bay Pointe Assisted Living & Marine Courte Memory Care is seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and service to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Dietary Aide will assist in the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality food and service. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals, including food preparation, plating, and serving.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with food storage, inventory, and ordering.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that all meals are prepared and presented to the highest standard.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
