Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Business Consultant to join our team in the Construction industry. As a key member of our advisory consulting services group, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement innovative business and technology solutions that drive transformational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver strategic business and technology solutions to clients in the Construction industry
  • Lead facilitated workshops with clients to identify solution opportunities and drive alignment on solution paths
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Define and track the value of solutions delivered to clients, and help document the impact of customer investment in Autodesk Consulting
  • Build the Autodesk Consulting brand by demonstrating thought leadership within the industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related degree
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in the Construction industry (Autodesk products highly preferred)
  • Demonstrate excellence in strategic thinking, innovation, program management, change management, business process optimization, and communications
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and travel 50% of the time

Benefits

Our salary range for this role is $114,100 - $184,580, with a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
