Job Summary

The Welder position at Miller Fabrication Solutions is responsible for performing high-quality welds on component parts according to customer specifications and dimensions. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform welds on component parts using various welding techniques and equipment
  • Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
  • Assemble parts using fixtures or blueprints
  • Use welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Enter accurate data into job tracking and quality software programs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some welding experience preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Working Conditions

The Welder position requires frequent exposure to extreme heat, loud noises, and physical demands. The work location includes a warehouse and fabrication shop setting, which may expose the employee to dirt, dust, fumes, and other hazards. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided by the company to ensure a safe working environment.
