Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and wine pairings that showcase the best of Oregon's culinary scene.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
• Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of wine and fine dining, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
