Position Summary:

The Head of Analyst Relations will act as the primary contact between Epsilon and industry analysts, professional associations, and domain experts to enhance visibility, value, and interaction within the analyst community.


In collaboration with Epsilon's VP of Analyst Relations, you will oversee outreach initiatives to bolster Epsilon's standing as a frontrunner in marketing and advertising technology and services.


Key Responsibilities:
As part of this role, you will be tasked with developing a comprehensive strategy for engaging with significant industry groups such as the ANA, IAB, SEM, and 4A's.

Your efforts will include crafting tailored engagement plans for key associations to promote awareness of Epsilon's offerings, specific products, and services.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and communication capabilities to identify the right strategies, mix of tactics, and messaging to fulfill Epsilon's objectives.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts, including leaders from Epsilon and Publicis Groupe, to forge new relationships with these organizations while ensuring that memberships provide substantial value to Epsilon.


Specific Duties Include:


- Formulating the strategy to establish this new role/function: Conducting research on various industry associations and memberships to evaluate strategic value in alignment with Epsilon's business goals and priorities.

- This involves monitoring and comprehending each organization/membership, identifying, analyzing, and sharing relevant information promptly and in an easily digestible format with internal stakeholders.


- Collaborating with subject matter experts to grasp business priorities and key initiatives while providing recommendations for association/membership opportunities to support them.


- Enhancing the value of these relationships by managing a calendar of engagements, opportunities, and interactions to strengthen ties with relevant organizations, ensuring that Epsilon remains prominent in the minds of those who influence market opinions.

- Supporting ongoing marketing needs of organizations concerning Epsilon's active participation.


- Integrating association/membership activities into the marketing calendar for events, thought leadership, and demand generation initiatives.


- Overseeing monthly reporting and metrics, including interactions, outcomes, and results against established goals.


Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in analyst relations, industry relations, or communications.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the marketing and advertising technology and services sector.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience, ideally with a focus in marketing, public relations, or communications.
- Ability to adapt to evolving scenarios while maintaining composure under pressure.
- A proactive leader willing to delve into details to establish a new role/function.
- A passion for technology, digital marketing, data, and innovation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
