Job Summary

The Associate Director of Network Supply Planning will be responsible for ensuring that our network supply planning processes and digital capabilities are delivering on current needs and evolving consistent with best practices. This role will lead the management and delivery of prioritized book of work for the pillar, including strategic initiatives and tactical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge a seamless relationship with cross-functional stakeholders in the network supply planning space.
  • Own the management and delivery of prioritized book of work for the pillar.
  • Lead the delivery of digital-first process enhancements to continuously improve pillar capabilities.
  • Lead the delivery of digital-first cross-functional projects to enhance enterprise performance.
  • Own training content and delivery for the NSP Pillar.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in supply chain, life science, business administration, or engineering.
  • Minimum 10+ years managing supply planning operations for a global BioPharma or Consumer Product company.
  • Experience in implementing world-class global supply chain planning processes and tools management.
  • Strong project management capability skills.
  • Demonstrated operational excellence and continuous improvement skill set.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Thorough understanding of and experience with some aspect of technical operations.

Personal Competencies Desired/Required

  • Demonstrated experience in developing, aligning, socializing, monitoring, adapting, and delivering on complex deliverables in dynamic environments.
  • Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices-based solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization.
