Position Overview

As a Senior Power Solutions Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to advancing innovative technologies that shape the future of our products. Your expertise will be crucial in developing, implementing, and validating Power Integrity solutions for System on Chips (SoCs) utilized in cutting-edge devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish droop targets and design robust power supply networks.
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide strategic feedback to silicon, package, and system design groups.
- Execute feasibility studies, design verification, and final approvals.
- Perform model-to-hardware correlation at both component and system levels.

Essential Qualifications

- Proven experience in designing and analyzing power supply solutions for products.
- Expertise in Power Integrity (PI) and Signal Integrity (SI) methodologies, including Power Delivery Network (PDN) modeling and lab validation.
- In-depth understanding of power supply architectures, including voltage regulation technologies and PCB design trends.
- Strong knowledge of PCB technologies, including socket integration and performance in system environments.
- Familiarity with 3D/2D electromagnetic simulation tools and transmission line theory.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment such as Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) and real-time oscilloscopes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with over 10 years of industry experience.

Compensation and Benefits

At Apple, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200. Additionally, employees have the opportunity to participate in stock programs and receive various benefits, including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, and educational reimbursement for career advancement.
