Established in 2008, we operate across multiple states, managing over 7,000 multi-family units and assets exceeding $1.5 billion. The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities include a variety of cleaning tasks across common areas, leasing offices, and resident units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare apartments for new residents by cleaning after move-outs.
- Perform daily cleaning of the leasing office, clubhouse, amenities, and restrooms.
- Ensure timely turnover of all vacant apartments as directed by the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
- Manage the care, maintenance, and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a courteous and professional rapport with residents and vendors.
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
- Follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and safety labels on equipment.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and consistently represent the company positively.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of cleaning experience, preferably in a residential setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Climb stairs and ladders as necessary.
