Assistant Store Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist our General Manager with day-to-day operations. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to store staff, including training and development opportunities.
  • Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
