Youth Gymnastics Instructor

Olympia Gymnastics & Cheer is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about mentoring children and fostering a fun learning environment.
The ideal candidates will exhibit high energy and a commitment to:
- Arriving punctually for scheduled classes.
- Maintaining engagement and enthusiasm throughout multiple consecutive class sessions, allowing for effective assessment of each student's skill level.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing detailed feedback and corrections to students regarding their gymnastics skills.
- Managing time efficiently to meet the demands of the schedule.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with both parents and students, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Committing to a maximum of 12 class hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours through camps and special events.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Working at least one party shift on a Saturday each month.
- Receiving competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
Note: Candidates who do not embody a vibrant and engaging personality need not apply.
