We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Finance to lead our financial sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with our company's financial goals.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve financial sales targets.
- Oversee financial forecasting and modeling to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Direct financial reporting activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including setting targets, reviewing budgets, and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and recommend improvements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the financial industry and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to perform effectively.
- Provide financial sales training and coaching to the sales team.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, financial modeling, and budgeting.
- SAP experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in financial reporting and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute sales plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
