Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team at Mezrow Law. As a key member of our trial team, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys specializing in complex civil litigation and personal injury cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, prepare, and e-file legal documents, including discovery, pleadings, motions, trial, and post-trial phases of litigation.
  • Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling, appointments, and court dates.
  • File and organize case materials, maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, court personnel, and other law firms.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Paralegal in a trial attorney's law firm.
  • Ability to work with dictation and online court e-filing systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or college diploma.
  • Prior experience working directly with trial attorneys.

Salary commensurate with experience.
