About the Role:
This position involves coordinating and executing maintenance and repair activities across our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades, a strong understanding of facilities operations, and excellent communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with technical school or three to six months of related experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and execute maintenance and repair activities across our portfolio of properties
* Respond to maintenance service requests from residents and ensure timely completion of tasks
* Work on external and internal repairs, including drywall, plumbing installation or repairs, appliance repairs, boilers, and HVAC systems
* Fabricate and repair cabinets, counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures
* Maintain inventory and prepare related paperwork

Requirements:
* Experience in all trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.)
* Demonstrated knowledge and skill in performing quality work
* Ability to read and interpret service orders and documents
* High school diploma or GED, technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training
* Yardi knowledge is a plus

What We Offer:
