Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

APR Consulting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or students with severe behavioral issues.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect data on client behavior and progress towards goals
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD and/or students with severe behavioral issues
  • Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
  • Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors
  • Assist with the management of challenging behaviors and crisis situations
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 48 college units or Associate's
  • ABA experience preferred
  • RBT Certification
