Customer Relationship Specialist

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining relationships with new and existing donors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure clear communication and provide updates on how donations have been spent through explanation of local and international projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound/Inbound call center
- Handling customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Maintaining donor database by entering and updating customer information accurately via Salesforce
- Achieving set KPI targets
- Chasing/Processing pledge forms from events
- Processing/Chasing Orphan Renewals, failed payments, and cancelations
- Entering and updating information accurately in excel reports
- Keep up to date with the events within the Charity to satisfy Donor enquiries
- To attend and contribute positively to meetings, conferences and training courses as agreed with the supervisor
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, directors and the Human Appeal donors
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required
