Overview

Seminole Gaming is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Supervisor - Public Space. In this role, you will assist the Facilities Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient housekeeping operations and guest services.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Facilities Manager in managing housekeeping operations, including team member development, training, staffing, and scheduling.
  • Assist in the management of policies and procedures that support the Facilities department.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to ensure that all aspects of housekeeping operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and demonstrate high-mobility for a majority of the shift.
  • Will regularly speak and listen to internal and external customer directions or orders in an atmosphere of varying background noise.
  • Must be able to transit across surfaces that may alternate between carpeted and hard surfaces.
  • Will regularly use hands to finger, handle or feel small objects such as paper or cloth.
  • Must be able to reach with hands and arms overhead and from side to side.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception.
  • Must be able to bend, lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds.
  • Will regularly be exposed to tobacco and other second-hand smoke.
