Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide essential services in educational environments. This role is crucial in fostering an inclusive atmosphere for students with communication challenges.

Position Details:
  • Employment Type: Full-time, onsite contract position.
  • Caseload: Students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Deliver speech and language therapy.
    • Perform formal evaluations for students suspected of having communication disorders.
    • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
    • Provide consultation services to educational staff.
    • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFYs).
  • Compensation: Hourly pay rate starting at $50, based on experience.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess an active SLP State License.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
Interview Process:
  • Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
  • Followed by a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district.
  • Offers are typically extended within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
