  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, inventory movements, and stock discrepancies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals to achieve operational excellence and meet customer service standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in logistics software and systems.

Language: Intermediate English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
