California Construction Estimator

We are looking for a skilled Costa Mesa Construction Estimator to review requests for proposals, perform quantity take-offs, and work with subcontractors and vendors to support bidding efforts. The successful candidate will have strong mathematical and computer skills, as well as the ability to analyze and resolve complex construction engineering or design problems.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in construction estimation and a Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, geology, or a related field. OSHA 40 Hour certification and working knowledge of computer-aided estimating software are a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of up to $175,000 per year, including relocation assistance for the right person. VISA sponsorship is not offered. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and vacation time.
