We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Home Leasing. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Maintenance Schedules: Plan and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
- Oversee Maintenance Operations: Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Manage Maintenance Budget: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that all expenses are properly accounted for and that the budget is met.
- Inspect and Report on Property Conditions: Regularly inspect properties to identify any maintenance issues or concerns, and report these to the Community Leader.
- Coordinate with Contractors: Arrange for subcontract work and ensure that all insurance compliances are met.
- Process Work Orders: Process work orders and ensure that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide Direction and Guidance: Provide direction and guidance to maintenance technicians, as well as contracted forces, as needed.
- High School Diploma Required: A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with previous property maintenance experience and supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical Demands: Regularly use hands to manipulate tools, controls, and equipment, and frequently stand, reach, climb, balance, and stoop.
- Competitive Salary: $20 - $22 per hour
