Position Justification

This role is essential for the advancement of our engineering operations, particularly within the context of new program initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years in Aircraft Design and Integration roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical integration efforts, develop comprehensive plans, and establish performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing project schedules using Microsoft Project, with a focus on critical path execution.
  • Expertise in leading cross-functional projects throughout the aircraft lifecycle.
  • Proficient in Change Control Board processes for integrating new engineering changes.
  • Familiarity with certification processes and configuration management practices.
  • Ability to transition programs from development phases to production readiness.
  • Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with commercial aircraft products is advantageous.
