Job Overview

The Gateway Engineers, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing support to project managers and engineers by performing routine civil engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Perform civil design calculations, sketches, technical comparisons, and similar technical work as required by the project.
  • Plan Preparation: Prepare and monitor quality control of plans, specifications, supporting documents, and permit applications for projects.
  • Project Coordination: Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external clients, attend kick-off and design review meetings, and interact with clients.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in water resources and stormwater management, site layout and regulatory analysis, grading and earthwork, construction administration and observation, sustainable design, technical writing, utility and infrastructure design, and Civil 3D.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and/or related field.
  • Certification: Ability to obtain Engineer-In-Training certification.
Compensation

Total Compensation Range for Civil Engineer Position: $65k-$100k.
