Job Overview

Aquant is on the lookout for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to enhance our dynamic team. Our innovative generative AI platform, Service Co-Pilot, is designed to empower field service professionals, providing them with the insights needed to excel in their roles. By leveraging historical service data, Aquant delivers accurate information to service leaders, field technicians, and customer service representatives, facilitating informed decision-making, cost reduction, and optimized service delivery.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing a robust sales pipeline through meticulous planning, proactive outreach, and effective lead qualification. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge AI technology while honing enterprise-level sales expertise through guidance and mentorship from our experienced Enterprise Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients via outbound calls, social media, and email correspondence
  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for collaboration with Account Executives
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and key contacts to identify their purchasing motivations and challenges
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing team to utilize content and nurture leads
  • Articulate Aquant's value propositions across diverse market segments
  • Employ technological tools to monitor and manage sales activities
  • Remain informed about industry developments and competitive landscape

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales within a B2B environment is preferred
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of resilience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Dedicated to ongoing professional growth and development

In accordance with the New York City Pay Transparency Law, the base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 USD, exclusive of discretionary bonuses, equity, and benefits.
