Position Overview

As a Technical Solutions Administrator at Menlo, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients experience a smooth transition to advanced technological and operational solutions. Your primary objective will be to facilitate an impeccable setup, installation, and training process.

You will establish strong collaborations with clients, assisting them through the initial stages of access, data transfer, and documentation of processes. As the primary resource for system-related inquiries, you will provide exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Setup and Installation: Configure and deploy technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients' acquired or outsourced technology and business process solutions.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Take a lead role in evaluating and resolving issues, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to manage initial access, facilitate data mapping and transfer, create process documentation, and provide training or coordinate training sessions for client personnel.
  • System Functionality Testing: Assess and troubleshoot the functionality of installed systems; identify and document technical challenges for escalation to product and system integration teams.
  • Feedback Provision: Share insights based on client experiences with product and professional services teams to enhance products and processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address challenges related to system performance and functionality.
  • Utility Player: Recognize service gaps and step in as needed to complete work and technical projects.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing technical solutions for external clients.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Preferred: CCNA Certification and/or Network+ Certification.
  • Preferred: Experience with Mac OS, Windows Devices, Google Admin, Cisco Phones, VOIP, O365, and/or printer management.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into operational and systems solutions.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
  • Leadership and prioritization abilities; capacity to build consensus and drive decision-making; proven experience working cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
