Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineer to lead our quality management efforts and drive improvement initiatives. As a Quality Engineer at Zobility, you will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and addressing warranty claims. You will also participate in product design reviews, PPAP processes, and implement necessary changes on the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Lead quality management to achieve quality objectives, driving improvement/corrective actions and escalation.">
  • Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and address warranty claims.">
  • Participate in product design reviews, PPAP processes, and implement necessary changes on the manufacturing floor.">
  • Conduct Gemba Walks and process audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and control plans.">
  • Work with the supplier quality team to address issues, drive improvements, and conduct supplier audits.">
  • Delegate tasks, track progress, mentor teams, and ensure adequate staffing and skill development.">

Requirements

To be successful as a Quality Engineer at Zobility, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree field.">
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience.">
  • Previous experience in Engineering Department, Vehicle/mechanic Plant or Project team.">
  • Ability to lead an Engineering team to deliver product changes and launches on time.">
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.">
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal from High Level Meetings down to the Shop Floor.">
  • Ability to work off shift hours as necessary.">
  • Self-motivated and directed.">
  • Ability to thrive in a high intensity environment while working on multiple projects.">
  • Rigorous and pragmatic.">
  • Languages: plant language & English.">
  • A Master's degree, Green belt, and World Class Manufacturing experience are preferred qualifications.">

Estimated Salary Range

">

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
