Senior Business Analysis Position
The Computer Merchant, LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analysis professional to join our team. As a Senior Business Analysis, you will play a critical role in partnering with stakeholders and development teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders and development teams to help elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and facilitate translation into technical requirements.
- Support the Program Managers with implementation projects in collaboration with vendor partner teams and business stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate requirements conflicts to project leads, assist with conflict resolution.
- Ensure that requirements are understood and approved by all stakeholders.
- Manage requirement traceability and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the test strategy and test plans adequately cover the requirements.
- Assist in defect resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Implementing and working with Salesforce Solutions.
- Utilizing a SAFe Agile framework.
- Working with vendor consultants.
- Good experience in implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), preferably Worked in a Salesforce implementation project.
- Experience in creating documents, such as Business Requirement Documents, Software Requirement Documents, Process workflows, RAIDQs, Project Plans, User guides/Training materials among others.
- Ability to develop strong client/vendor relationships and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.
- Ability to apply business analysis experience and project management knowledge to real world scenarios.
- Agile Project Methodology and JIRA knowledge preferred.
- Experience in facilitating requirement analysis sessions with large and diverse stakeholder groups through requirements meetings, workshops, JAD sessions etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with evaluating project risks and issues and assisting Program Manager/Portfolio Manager with prioritization and development of mitigation or resolution strategies.
- Possess the ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents and governmental regulations; to write clear and legible documents, business correspondence and meeting notes; create presentations to effectively convey information and respond to questions from managers, employees, vendors, and governmental agencies.
