Jira Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Jira administrator to support our digital marketing workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Jira administration, including project setup and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard the Jira tool into our digital marketing workflow.
  • Administer and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and configurations.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in Jira.
  • Customize Jira dashboards and filters to improve project visibility and reporting.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to Jira applications and integrate with other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for Jira instance modifications.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to optimize their use of Jira.
  • Stay updated with the latest Jira features and best practices to enhance team productivity.
  • Monitor performance and optimize system processes, including evaluating plugins and third-party tools.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Jira administration, including project setup and management.
