Salaries and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $36,420.80 per year, paid bi-weekly. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, vision, dental, disability, and other supplemental insurance options, we also offer paid vacation and sick leave, nine paid holidays, and a personal day. Tuition waiver is available for State Universities and Community Colleges. We also offer an excellent retirement package and deferred compensation plan.

Job Responsibilities

This position requires a motivated and empathetic individual to provide high-quality care to our residents. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing vital sign measurements and documenting resident care
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures
  • Responding to resident requests and needs in a timely and appropriate manner

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in Florida
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
