Revolutionize Healthcare Technology

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Professional to join our team at Doximity. As the largest medical network in the U.S., we empower healthcare professionals with innovative tools that boost their knowledge and productivity.

This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain our cutting-edge native advertising platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

About You
  • You possess a strong background in full-stack development, with experience working across multiple technologies.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Product and Data teams to drive revenue growth and satisfy end-users.
  • You are passionate about crafting elegant, performant, and user-friendly software solutions.
  • You prioritize a balance between iteration speed and high-quality code craftsmanship.
  • You are up for the challenge of scaling distributed systems to support millions of operations daily.
  • You are committed to delivering exceptional results in a remote-first setting, valuing collaboration and growth opportunities within a diverse team.
About the Role

You will be part of a small, autonomous team of software engineers, UX designers, data analysts, and product owners. To succeed, you will master a range of technologies, including Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, TypeScript, Inertia.js, MySQL, Sidekiq, GraphQL, Apache Kafka, and Snowflake.

In this role, you may undertake various tasks, such as:

  • Collaborating with the Product team on our brand-new client business intelligence portal.
  • Enhancing the user experience of our state-of-the-art advertising CMS.
  • Working with the data team to optimize ad campaigns and improve efficiency.
  • Refining the user experience of our ads across web and mobile applications.

As a fully remote team, you will attend three company offsites per year in U.S. cities for 3 nights at a time (total 9 travel days annually).

What We Offer
  • A remote work opportunity available to residents of North, Central, or South America — or the option to work from our San Francisco headquarters if preferred.
  • The chance to make a meaningful impact in healthcare technology.
  • A collaborative team dedicated to growth and mentorship.
  • The opportunity to power the financial engine behind our free-to-use clinician platform.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $165,000 to $195,000, inclusive of base pay and equity. Our compensation ranges are determined by role and level. Within these ranges, individual pay is based on relevant skills, experience, and education/training.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.
  • A 401k plan with matching program.
  • An employee stock purchase plan.
  • Family planning support, childcare FSA, and parental leave.
  • Life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
  • Generous time off, holidays, and paid company trips.
  • Wellness benefits and more.
