Visual Effects Artist

Intrepid Studios is seeking a talented Visual Effects Artist to contribute to the creation of our upcoming MMORPG, Ashes of Creation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality visual effects that bring our game to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create visually stunning real-time visual effects
  • Develop and implement 3D models and animations
  • Collaborate with the art team to ensure consistency and quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in visual effects or related field
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software (e.g. Maya, 3ds Max)
  • Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and texturing
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Unreal Engine or other game engines
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. C++, Python)
  • Background in traditional art or design
