Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with medication administration, following state requirements and written physicians' orders
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff, both verbally and in writing
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification and state-specific certification requirements
  • Minimum six months of experience working with older adults, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a safe and organized work environment
