Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales force effectiveness tools and reporting to optimize sales organization performance.

  • Manage vendor contracts and relations for data, including SalesForce and PowerBI, to secure data required to support business decisions.

  • Monitor and develop programs to engage sales teams to input data and use systems correctly, designing plans and driving cadence to ensure commercial execution drives performance in alignment with key business strategies.
  • Manage a cadence and lead a process to capture commercial inputs on product demand, driving informed cross-functional decision-making to ensure alignment for successful launches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or similar.
  • Minimum 14 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial operations/support, with transfusion market knowledge a plus.
  • Experience in Commercial Excellence, Pricing, and Finance, with experience in healthcare desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to organize and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with B2B data and commercial pipeline management, as well as SalesForce.com tools, with working knowledge of Big Data, Cloud-based, SFE technologies.
