About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Senior Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients in the Geriatric Unit, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Supervise and direct the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records
  • BLS certification and active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical and prescription drug insurance, dental and vision insurance, retirement plans, and more.
