Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales through effective communication with customers, including upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Perform cashier duties, including ringing sales and maintaining cash control.
  • Perform all regular cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Forecast, order, and stock merchandise, with appropriate training.
  • Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors.
Requirements
  • Constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to lbs.
