Radiation Therapy Dosimetrist Full Time Days

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Therapy Dosimetrist to join our team at Baptist Health. As a key member of our radiation oncology department, you will be responsible for providing clinical dosimetry support for patients undergoing radiation therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine clinical dosimetry support for patients undergoing radiation therapy
- Collaborate with physicists and dosimetrists to ensure accurate and efficient treatment planning
- Operate and maintain Varian True Beam Accelerators, Varian Bravos HDR, and other radiation therapy equipment
- Utilize software such as Varian Aria, Eclipse, and Velocity to plan and deliver radiation therapy treatments
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Medical dosimetry certification (CMD) or eligibility for certification
- Experience with Varian Aria, Eclipse, and Velocity software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
