Lead Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Richmond Hill Montessori. As a Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing and documenting student progress.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with state and national standards
- Plan and execute engaging activities to promote student learning and development
- Assess and document student progress to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
- Valid Georgia certified teaching certificate
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Early Childhood Education
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
