Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare month-end journal entries, maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, and determine inventory reserve requirements.
  • Gather data, allocate costs, and generate reports on labor, equipment, depreciation, assembly, and other operational expenses, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Develop cost and inventory report statements, manufacturing operations variance reporting, and inventory analysis and forecasting.
  • Assist in the analysis, preparation, and reporting of customer quotes for specific projects.
  • Produce weekly reports on margins, manufacturing variances, and inventory analysis.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with internal stakeholders to interpret cost/inventory reports, outline action requirements, and address control/policy obligations.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and implement the annual cost roll.
  • Lead or support annual physical inventories across various locations.
  • Conduct other ad hoc and specialized reporting related to cost and inventory.

Your Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles within a standard cost environment and project costing.
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Ability to apply corporate accounting guidelines in conjunction with GAAP.
  • Experience with ERP systems is essential; familiarity with LN ERP systems is a significant advantage.
  • A strong sense of urgency in task execution.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
