Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

At TUV SUD America, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, managing revenue streams, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage revenue streams, including tracking and reconciling payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Treasurer and Accounting Assistant to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimal financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a corporate finance/accounting environment.
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
