- Provide transportation to appointments and errands

- Monitor and report on client condition to ensure optimal care
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Ability to complete state-required caregiver training as needed
