About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Imaging Associates Of Alaska. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing state-of-the-art care to our patients by operating and maintaining magnetic resonance equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain magnetic resonance equipment to produce high-quality images of designated anatomical areas.
  • Work closely with radiologists and patients to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures.
  • Develop and implement MRI sequences and protocols to meet the needs of our patients and radiologists.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and engaging attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Successful completion of an AMA-approved training program for radiologic technology.
  • Experience: Current experience as an MRI Technologist is preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Must be ARRT registered. MRI (ARRT) certification is preferred, but not required. Must obtain MRI Registry within twelve (12) months of hire date. Current Certification in BLS.
  • Other Qualifications: Requires the ability to work with a variety of people, including patients and their representatives, other staff, physicians and their staffs, vendors, and regulatory personnel.
