If you are focused on excellence, with a positive engaging personality and a passion for customer service, we invite you to applyThis position as an MRI Technologist, gives you the opportunity to provide state of the art care to all patients by performing technical work involving the operation and maintenance of magnetic resonance equipment. This professionally trained person will be responsible for producing magnetic resonance images of designated anatomical areas as ordered/directed according to established practices and procedures. This position requires working directly with Radiologist and patients, and operating the MRI and associated equipment. This position requires advanced technical knowledge and the ability to communicate and interact with the department radiologists in regard to MRI sequences and protocols. Being an MRI Technologist at Imaging Associates, in addition to superb technical skills, will also require the ability to follow Imaging Associates' service commitments to customers and fellow staff.**Sign on bonus of $7,500 gross shall be paid on first payroll after hire.**RequirementsEducation: Successful completion of an AMA approved training program for radiologic technology.Experience: Current experience as MRI Technologist preferred.Licensure/Certification: Must be ARRT registered. MRI (ARRT) certification is preferred, but not required. Must obtain MRI Registry within twelve (12) months of hire date. Current Certification in BLS.Other Qualifications: Requires the ability to work with a variety of people to include patients and their representatives, other staff, physicians and their staffs, vendors and regulatory personnel. General Radiography and CT experience is beneficial.Attendance: Regular Attendance is a requirement of this position.English Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
