About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit team at Fairview Park Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exams, and providing general nursing care.
  • Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, including phone triage when necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
