Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and guide members of management and hourly associates on proper customer service approaches and techniques.
  • Ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within company guidelines and standards.
  • Drive and ensure the financial performance of the facility by confirming that budgeted sales, wages, and other expenses are achieved.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and encourage and support associates in serving as good members of the community.
  • Direct facility operations by setting the standard for appropriate service levels and teaching and developing effective merchandise presentation.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for members of management and hourly associates.
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs and developing and communicating business plans and priorities.
Requirements
  • 1 year's general management experience to include financial accountability.
  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's experience supervising 10 associates/employees; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's experience supervising 10 associates/employees.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000.00-$100,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance, as well as paid time off, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting leave.

We also offer a comprehensive education benefit program, Live Better U, which provides tuition, books, and fees for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.
