About the Role

Karl Malone Plaza Cycle is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers by providing timely and efficient repair services for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform duties per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, including the repair of vehicle automotive systems such as engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Diagnostic and Testing: Test a vehicle's components and systems using necessary test drives, diagnostic tools, and special service equipment.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding the vehicle's status and any additional needs. Provide estimates for additional repairs and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Quality and Safety: Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and maintain a clean and orderly work area following prescribed safety regulations.

  • Strong Mechanical Background: Possess a strong mechanical background with a desire to continue learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
