Key Responsibilities- Engineering Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Project Management: Manage and execute engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to deliver projects successfully.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and research and development, to ensure that engineering projects are aligned with business objectives.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and suppliers, to ensure that engineering projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device setting, with a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
