Responsibilities:

The Associate Mental Health Therapist will provide a hybrid of in-person and outpatient therapy to children, teens, adults, and couples. This includes conducting sessions, completing documentation in a timely manner, and returning client messages in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.

You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will need to participate in regular consultations with the clinical director and other team members to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
