We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Northrop Realty. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming office environment, and supporting our sales agents and client care coordinators.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations
- Ensure the front desk area is always clean and well-maintained.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate party.
- Greets visitors and notifies the correct individual when a guest arrives.
- Schedule meetings and appointments in the office conference rooms.
- Administrative Support
- Manage sensitive and confidential mail in accordance with company policies.
- Restock office supplies and notify the Office Administrator when supplies are low.
- Assist with truck reservations and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Offer water, coffee, or tea to visitors in the lobby or conference rooms.
- Monitor and respond to front desk emails in a timely manner.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Real estate experience a plus.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent people skills and interpersonal savvy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
This is an in-office position that requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds is also required.
