Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate project initiation activities, including documentation, team assembly, and kickoff meetings.
  • Oversee the execution of multiple projects in alignment with SEH's IT Solutions Delivery framework and PMBOK standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with IT stakeholders and management through established meeting schedules.
  • Ensure project integration and adapt scope, timelines, and budgets based on business requirements.
  • Monitor key project milestones and relay updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for all project-related inquiries from IT managers and stakeholders.
  • Assist the IT Solutions Delivery Team in refining processes and standards.
  • Organize and lead effective meetings with diverse project teams.
  • Utilize MS365 for real-time collaboration, documentation, reporting, and task management.
  • Promote the adoption of enhanced processes and procedures.
  • Support the IT Solutions Delivery Manager with additional responsibilities as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to contribute to a professional team and achieve project success.
  • Experience as a project coordinator or manager in an IT or corporate environment.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the MS365 suite, including Word, Excel, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to implement technology solutions that drive business value.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively.
  • Capability to build strong relationships with business partners.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Four or more years of experience in project management or coordination within IT or a corporate setting.
  • Formal training or certification in IT Project Management (APM, CAPM, or similar).
  • Active participation in IT or Project Management professional organizations.
  • Ability to convey complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of NIST IT and ITIL controls and processes.
  • Background in application development or administration.
  • Familiarity with the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.
