About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Director to join our team at Mass General Brigham. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to lead and manage nursing care on a patient care unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered service, quality, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain 24-hour accountability for nursing care delivered on the patient care unit.
  • Coordinate daily nursing operations to achieve patient-centered service, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Actively manage nursing staffing to ensure safe levels and meet budgetary constraints.
  • Delve into evidence-based practice interventions to foster culturally proficient care.
  • Assess and monitor patient documentation to ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of four years of diverse and well-rounded clinical experience. Your skills should include computer proficiency, Microsoft Office applications, and ability to learn new software. National certification in a nursing specialty is preferred.
