Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide teams in Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
  • Support team members in overcoming obstacles and improving processes.

Location:
We prefer candidates who are local to the OC/LA/SD area. For those who are local, in-office attendance is expected on Thursdays. Remote candidates must reside within the Pacific Time Zone. Additionally, once a quarter, the selected candidate will be required to work in the office for three consecutive days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).
